Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Plum Island Silver Co. and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Habitual and excessive returns may void the 15-day money-back guarantee and be subject to a re-stocking fee. Drop shipped packages are allowed an extra 10 days return time for a 5% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
