We offer drop-shipping for on-line orders only (no telephone drop ship orders allowed). In conjunction with our low cost First Class Mail shipping (starting at $2.95 per package - click here for shipping rates) this is an effective way to deliver merchandise to your customers. You save time and money. For international and APO military address drop shipping rates click here. All drop-ship orders will ship with a packing list only to the shipping address entered into the order. A service fee of $1.75 per order ($2.75 for international and APO miliary addresses) will be applied to your invoice which will be emailed to you. The packing list will only have your return address and return instructions printed on it. The return address used will be the BILLING ADDRESS which is stored in your on-line account information which is accessible from the MY ACCOUNT function on the main menu bar. Packages shipped via US Mail will have YOUR return address on the shipping label. Packages shipped via UPS will have OUR return address on the shipping label UNLESS you have your own UPS account and register that with us (fax copy of your UPS statement to 978-499-8208). You may still order and ship items to yourself. The $1.75 fee will be waived if the shipping address used is on file with us as one of your own addresses. Enhanced drop shipping services now include: Thumbnail images may be copied from the web-site or you can order item IMAGECD which has all thumbnails in both small and large sizes. REPRODUCTION IN WHOLE OR IN PART OF FULL PAGE IMAGES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND MAY ONLY BE USED TO EXTRACT SINGLE ITEM IMAGES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
