Drop Ship Program Details
We offer free drop shipping service with no signup fee. There is only a small per package fee for using us as your drop shipping company. Drop shipping is only for on-line orders only (no telephone drop ship orders allowed). In conjunction with our low cost First Class Mail shipping (starting at $2.95 per package - click here for shipping rates) this is an effective way to deliver merchandise to your customers. You save time and money. INTERNATIONAL DROP SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN OR IF THIS SERVICE WILL RESUME. All drop ship products orders will ship direct to your customer's address with a packing list and shipping label with your return address. A drop ship service fee of $2.00 per order ($3.00 for international and APO miliary addresses) will be applied to your invoice which will be emailed to you. Discounted drop ship fees are available for high volume shippers who subscribe to our advanced or pro level image subscriptions.
The packing list will only have your return address and return instructions printed on it. The return address used will be the BILLING ADDRESS which is stored in your on-line account information which is accessible from the MY ACCOUNT function on the main menu bar.
Packages shipped via US Mail will have YOUR return address on the shipping label.
Packages shipped via UPS will have OUR return address on the shipping label UNLESS you have your own UPS account and register that with us (fax copy of your UPS statement to 978-499-8208).
You may still order and ship items to yourself. The drop ship package fee will be waived if the shipping address used is on file with us as one of your own addresses.
Other than our per package fee and low-cost image subscription fee, we are a free drop shipping company.
Image Download Subscriptions
A 6 (six) month license to use our product images can be ordered using item IMAGECD which has images on a colored background or item WHITEIMAGES for items floated on a white background. Our PRO level image subscription offers more detailed data and larger drop ship fee discounts. Images are delivered via downloadable link in zip format. See full details of our image license usage agreement.
