We have a few different types of affiliate programs for you to consider.
Affiliate Links
Affiliate Shopping Carts and Web-Sites
You get your own web-site shopping cart pre-loaded with all of our products.
- Basic - you market the shopping cart, we do all the rest (billing, shipping, customer service)
- Premier - basic, plus access to customize the web-site and add your own products (you handle customer service, we auto ship Plum Island Silver products)

Wholesale Affiliate Link
- Link to our wholesale site at www.plumislandsilver.com and earn commission according to the following schedule:
- 0-20% wholesale discount given = 5% affiliate commission
- 25-35% wholesale discount given = 4% affiliate commission
- 40-45% wholesale discount given = 3% affiliate commission
- 50% wholesale discount given = 2% affiliate commission
- Commissions earned for each new sale and any additional sale from the same customer for a period of 6 months
- Fill out our affiliate agreement
- Email us a request for a wholesale affiliate link
Basic Shopping Cart

- Pre-loaded with Plum Island Silver products
- Your name and logo will appear on web-site
- You are branded as an authorized re-seller of Nantucket Silver Jewelry
- Pricing is set to match same as current printed catalog (2x base wholesale price)
- You can offer discounts and free shipping promotions using coupon codes
- You are allotted five coupons per year (additional coupons are $25 per package of five)
- We have full control over web-site (you have no access)
- We handle ALL customer service issues
- Yearly fee of $200
- Plus 15% service fee on net retail sales amount
- Fill out our affiliate agreement
- Pay your activation fee
- Here is an example commission calculation assuming your wholesale Plum Island Silver discount is 30% (learn how to get the 30% wholesale discount)
- Retail sale of $55 (no discount given)shipped first class mail with a $5 shipping fee
- less 15% fee of $8.25
- less your cost of merchandise $17.50 (70% of $25 base wholesale cost of merchandise)
- less shipping fee of $5.65 (see Plum Island Silver shipping costs, and drop ship fees)
- your commission is $23.60
- Your profit may be effected by any current silver market adjustment
- for example if current silver market adjustment is +10%
- your merchandise cost would increase to $17.50 x 1.1 = $19.25
- and your commission would change to $21.85
- Your profit will be reduced if you offer a discount with a coupon or free shipping with a coupon
- Your profit will increase if you earn a larger Plum Island Silver discount (affiliate sales are credited towards your discount level)
- Commissions paid out monthly with a payout threshold of $50 (meaning you do not get paid unless your commissions exceed $50)
- Plum Island Silver will install a url link in the footer of all web-site pages crediting us as your preferred drop ship agent or supplier of jewelry
Premier Web-Site
- Here is our example affiliate web-site www.sharkssilver.com
- Web-site will NOT be branded as Nantucket Silver affiliate. Web-site will have your own logo and branding
- All features of basic shopping cart
- Plus access to web-site design (you have control over almost all aspects of web-site design, Plum Island Silver consulting services available for a fee)
- Ability to add your own products
- Yearly fee of $1500
- plus 10% service fee on net retail sales amount (7% for Amazon checkout services which includes all card processing fees, 3% to Plum Island for processing)
- Fill out our affiliate agreement
- Pay your activation fee
- state of the art fraud prevention by Amazon checkout services (you are not responsible for fraudulent transaction per Amazon guidelines)
- Direct deposit of all sales proceeds into your bank account (bi-weekly per Amazon guidelines)
- We handle all order processing and shipping on Plum Island merchandise only (if you sell your own products, you ship those yourself unless you use Plum Island Silver stocking services)
- You pay Plum Island Silver for merchandise and the 3% Plum Island fee as each order ships as a drop ship order (all done automatically for you)
- You are responsible for all customer service issues (Plum Island Silver does not offer phone support, available for additional 5% service fee)
- Plum Island Silver will install a small url link in the footer of all web-site pages crediting us as your preferred drop ship agent or supplier of jewelry
